Paige L. Rentschler is Senior Counsel at DLEI&D. Paige concentrates her practice on complex general liability litigation, including construction accidents (New York Labor Law §§ 240 and 241[6]), product liability, premises liability, personal and commercial automobile litigation, and property damage matters.
Prior to joining DLEI&D, Paige spent nearly a decade working for a national insurance carrier, where she managed a diverse portfolio of litigation matters involving construction accidents, product liability claims, medical liability issues, and complex personal injury litigation. Drawing on both carrier-side and litigation experience, Paige works closely with clients in evaluating exposure, developing litigation strategy, and managing high-risk claims.
Paige is admitted to practice in New York. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from the University at Buffalo in 2012 and earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University at Buffalo School of Law in 2015.
Outside of her legal practice, Paige enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, exploring the outdoors, trying new restaurants, and traveling.
