Michael D. Noblett is a Founding Partner and Director of Admiralty and Maritime Practice at Danielsen, Lawlor, Everett, Isaacs & Dischley, PLLC. Michael concentrates his practice on complex liability litigation, including maritime matters, product liability, construction defect claims, construction accidents (New York Labor Law §§ 240 and 241[6]), transportation litigation, employment matters, and premises liability.
Michael also regularly counsels insurers and corporate clients on complex insurance coverage and risk transfer issues arising from high-exposure litigation. Drawing on substantial experience in both liability and coverage matters, Michael works closely with clients to evaluate litigation exposure and develop coordinated defense strategies.
Prior to entering private practice, Michael served as a General Equity law clerk in the Civil Division of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Middlesex County, where he gained significant experience handling business disputes and matters involving injunctive relief. Michael is also certified by the State of New Jersey as a mediator.
Michael is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Rowan University in 2010 and earned his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law–Camden in 2013.
