Maria began working with DLEI&D as a law clerk while completing her final semester of law school and was elevated to associate after passing the bar exam.
Maria regularly engages in all aspects of general liability defense from inception through trial, including expert retention and consultation, discovery, conducting and defending depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. She represents insureds, owners, contractors, doctors, insurance companies, and municipalities.
