Jessica Montello Isaacs is a Founding Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of General Liability and Anti-Fraud Practices at Danielsen, Lawlor, Everett, Isaacs & Dischley, PLLC. Bio
Jessica Montello Isaacs is a Founding Partner, Chief Financial Officer, and Director of General Liability and Anti-Fraud Practices at Danielsen, Lawlor, Everett, Isaacs & Dischley, PLLC. Jessica concentrates her practice on complex general liability litigation, including premises liability, construction accidents (New York Labor Law §§ 240 and 241[6]), construction defect claims, maritime and marine construction matters, product liability litigation, and commercial disputes.

Jessica represents a broad range of corporate clients, including property owners, general contractors, subcontractors, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and hospitality industry clients in high-exposure litigation throughout New York and New Jersey. She also regularly serves as monitoring and specialty counsel on behalf of excess insurers in matters involving significant liability and damages exposure.

As Director of the firm’s Anti-Fraud Practice, Jessica has substantial experience investigating and litigating matters involving suspected fraud, staged incidents, questionable claims activity, and other indicators of insurance and litigation fraud. Jessica works closely with clients, investigators, experts, and trial teams to develop focused litigation strategies designed to aggressively evaluate and defend suspect claims.

Jessica is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey.  She received her B.A. in Biology and Art History from Franklin & Marshall College in 2010 and earned her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center in 2014, where she served as Senior Executive Editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics.

Outside of her legal practice, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family and resides in Rockland County, New York with her husband Charles and their rescue wolfhound mix, Dixie.
